Develop lessons on mouthfill, FRC and attention deconcentration. Connect physiology, dry exercises and practical teaching decisions.

Refine how you observe
Develop advanced static and dynamic instruction. Improve demonstrations, feedback, student management and rescue readiness.
03 · OPEN WATER
Guide with sound judgement
Apply advanced teaching progressions in Pujada Bay. Connect equalization coaching, supervised FRC practice, technique and deeper safety management.

After successful certification
Bring Wave 3
to your students.
The Wave 3 Instructor qualification extends your teaching to Wave 3 / Lap 3 within the Molchanovs system, subject to the awarded qualification, current standards and active teaching status.
Your role is to help advanced freedivers understand what they are practising, recognise their limits and develop skills through appropriate progressions.
